HEALTHY DENTAL HABITS

Brushing your teeth is the simple first step to any oral hygiene schedule. It's generally recommended to brush your teeth at least twice per day, in order to maintain proper tooth and gum health. The shape of your brush (and size) should fit your mouth, and be able to reach all areas easily. Generally, a soft-bristled brush is recommended. It's easy to forget to replace your toothbrush at 3 or 4 month intervals, or as soon as the bristles become worn. A worn brush will do a poor job of cleaning.
